They don’t come to your house and break things, add a lot of soap, overcharge you and leave. This is NOT that company. You get proffesional service, there is extra care to the technique of cleaning the carpet. My carpets have lasted longer and looked cleaner with the amazing protectant. Once you’ve had the best, you don’t want the rest. ”

“I tried a couple of coupon carpet cleaning offers. None, particularly the last one even came close to the quality performance of Bear. The coupon cleaners were obvisouly less qualified, there was no guarantee, and when I called them to address problems with their service I got a very unhelpful response. When I called Jeff at Bear I know I can count on the carpets looking their best. In the future I will only call Bear Carpets.”
